TERMS AND CONDITIONS This vacation is valid for up to 2 adults and 2 children 18 and under.  The vacation package is valid for 1 year (12 months).  This package is part of a resort promotion.  We are able to offer low priced, quality vacations in exchange for guests taking a small amount of time to view the hosting resorts vacation opportunities.  Guests will be required to attend a presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes on Vacation Ownership at your hosting resort.  Qualifications of this package must be met in order to take advantage of this offer.  Failure to attend presentation or qualify will result in customer paying difference of package price and actual cost.  You only view the resort once and the rest of the vacation time is yours!  There is absolutely no obligation whatsoever!  Your simple attendance is all that is required!  There are no blackout dates on this package; however, hotel reservations are based on availability and some dates might be available at a higher cost.   Guests may travel anytime they like.  This is subject to availability.  ONLY ONE PACKAGE MAY BE PURCHASED AND USED PER YEAR.  All travel documents will be sent via e-mail, unless otherwise arranged by customer.  We offer to mail confirmations with map via first class mail at no cost when requested.  Hotel will require credit card for any additional room charges (pay-per-view, long distance, etc.) and to guarantee reservation. Cancellations  must be received within 72 hours of arrival date.  Qualifications -Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. between ages of 25 & 75 -If married, engaged, or similarly committed, couples must attend the entire presentation together.  -Matching IDs are required at check in.  Meaning same address on both IDs. -Must have a minimum annual combined household income of $50,000 or higher. -Need two forms of ID at check in.  Drivers license and major Credit Card.  DEBIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED. -This package can not be used by multiple groups or families that are traveling together, cannot use more than one package. -Cannot have viewed a Sunterra presentation within the last 12 months. -Children are not allowed on the actual presentation.  (Childcare available) STATES RESIDENTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS OFFER Registering in each state is required by law.  We hope to to have registrations in the following states soon.  Currently the following state residents are unable to take advantage of this offer. CT, DE, HI, ID, LA, MS, MT, NE, NH, NY, ND, SD, WV We are delighted to provide you with a quality vacation package, as well as a discovery tour of The Desert Paradise Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada!  By using this vacation package, you are confirming that you meet the following tour requirements: (1) Your gross family annual income is $50,000 or above.  (2) Married, engaged and similarly committed couples must attend an enjoyable vacation ownership presentation lasting at least 90 minutes to qualify for vacation getaway and gifts.  (3) Must be legally able to execute a contract.  (4) Must not have toured a Sunterra resort in the past 12 months.  (5) Family/friends traveling together must tour together.  (6) Must present a valid photo ID and major credit card at tour check-in (debit cards will not be accepted).  (7) Individuals residing in foreign countries will be ineligible if those countries restrict credit verification, currency transfers, or other creditor rights.             We are sorry, but young children are not permitted on the tour, however, supervised care will be available at the tour.  Please let us know if you are bringing your children.  If you check into your accommodations, but do not attend or complete the presentation; or if you fail to qualify, you will be charged the difference of any expenses incurred by our company, minus the price of your vacation package.  Any offers made during presentation are valid only on the day of the actual visit.  All gifts listed in this offer will be issued upon completion of the presentation.  The retail value of this package ranges between $400 and $825 depending upon the time of year that you travel and included gifts.  All incidentals, airfare, majority of ground transportation and taxes outside of package are the responsibility of the guest(s).  Accommodations are for a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children under the age of eighteen and are subject to availability.  All efforts will be made to accommodate your requested dates.  The 100% money back guarantee applies when our company, Mr. Niceguy’s Vacations, cannot book your requested travel dates.  Customer must request refund verbally, in writing, or by mail.  Customer has the option of choosing similar lodging to fulfill their requested dates.  Other options will always be made aware to the customer in the case we cannot book requested dates.   No pets are allowed on this package.  The lodging establishments have a no pet policy.  Customer is responsible for fees associated with bringing a pet; usually ranging from $200 to $600 per pet, imposed by lodging establishment.  Sneaking pets into lodging is strongly discouraged!  You will be required at check-in to present a major credit card, along with a valid state photo ID.  Debit Cards will not be accepted.  Due to high demand and heavily discounted pricing, refunds will not be permitted.  In the event you need to reschedule your reservation arrival date, you must do so at least 3 full business days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  In addition, you will be charged a $25.00 rescheduling fee.  This covers administrative costs to cancel, and reschedule your vacation, as well as supplies (paper, fax, phone, etc.).  This package expires one year from its purchase date, or until the vacation package is used, whichever comes first.   This package is not valid with any other promotional offers or discounts of any kind.  Employees of Mr. Niceguy’s Vacations, Sunterra, and/or its affiliates and their immediate families; those who have attended any other Sunterra promotional offering within the past 12 months, people traveling in groups (two or more affiliated couples), and current owners of Sunterra and their affiliates are ineligible for this offer.  This confirmation letter will be required at lodging check-in, as well as tour check-in.  Failure to reschedule in accordance with our policy, failure to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, or failure to meet the qualifications of this offer, will result in forfeiture of you initial package cost.  In the event the offered accommodations are not available because of unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances, a rain check of equal or greater value will be provided to recipient.  Residents of states where registration requirements have not been met are not eligible for this offer.  Please call us immediately if you have any questions, concerns, or problems with the terms and conditions of this vacation package.  Our final term is our guarantee to you, the customer.  Mr. Niceguy’s Vacations, its employees, and its affiliates, will constantly strive to provide outstanding customer service!  Every customer is very important and highly valued by Mr. Niceguy’s Vacations.  Your satisfaction is our number one priority!
